  I don't get it. GIPC, is an investment promotion council which promotes investments in and out of the country. There are regulatory authorities who regulate these sectors. Why GIPC do their own research and work with this regulatory authorities to streamline how to increase investment, then engaging with Ernest & Young Ghana.
