MR or Dr. Apaak your district has one of the lowest educational institutions in the country. There are no chairs, tables, teaching facilities and teachers and a lot of your schools are carried out under trees up to date. Why not concentrate getting the basic education going first. What has the Technical Universities done for the average educated Ghanaian?. Let's stop wasting money on a few when we have an almost eighty percent illiteracy rate in your district. How many PHD's come from your tribe?.. Help the young ones come up too!. A concerned neighbor. YEN
