  Don’t expect anything spectacular, a self-confessed bootlicker. He is not concerned about the enormity of the task at hand and the expectations of Ghanaians. His only concern is about the perquisites and freebies attached to the position. Hence the euphoria with the brass band and his gratitude to his appointor.
