Frank Davies’ assertion that the OSP is now “injuncted” from making public statements about Ken Ofori-Atta is a classic example of attempting to gag an independent anti-corruption institution. The lawsuit does not erase the facts of the case, nor does it absolve Ofori-Atta of the serious allegations leveled against him.

It is interesting how the very people who weaponized the justice system against their political opponents for years are now running to the same courts for protection when the tide has turned. If Ofori-Atta has nothing to hide, why is he so desperate to silence the OSP instead of simply presenting himself for questioning?

Ghanaians are watching closely. The law must take its course without interference, and no amount of legal manoeuvring should derail the quest for accountability.
