Because Bagbin got 138 votes and Mike Ocquaye had 136 votes with one rejected ballot,so if 5 NPP members voted for Bagbin plus 137 NDC members Bagbin should have received at least 142 votes and Mike Ocquaye should have received 132 because there was one rejected ballot. Which is which? Ma'am you ought to be very circumspect about your answers to certain questions.
