  When I told Ato Forson to be mindful with the way he deliberately brings down the interest rates of t-bill with the utmost speed, he took it for a joke. Why would one invest in a market with an interest rate of 17% when inflation rate is 23%? He thought he's smart. He should better learn from the mistake of his predecessor Ken Ofori Atta.
