It was not a judge but a jury that decided the case. We must note that all over the world a judge may give judgment and an appeal or Supreme Court may overturn it.

Ghanaian judges, from the lowest Magistrate court to the apex Supreme court, are all bazanga. They make political, not legal, decisions. That is a shame of the highest degree.
