  This Corrupt Minister is out running his mouth whilst our sports facilities and sports systems and programs remain badly financed and under-improved over the decades.
  We are still unable to boast of at least one, just one, world class roofed football stadium given our status in African and World football annals, but just like President Mahama and others, he is not ashamed of himself.
