Listen to Safo- when she presented the report to Nana Addo, he looked the other way despite asking her to institute the audit probe. The man was so fraudulent to the moon.

Lots and lots of fraud in the school feeding program, including diversion of food items, over invoicing, cronyism, and cash cow to fund political party activities. There is always a lot of corruption and waste in social programs in many countries. Ghana is not an exception but there has to be a way to block the leakages and outright corruption, including a mandate for annual independent audits.
