  Stop this report and act. MTN cunningly put some of the credits we buy as SMS. Currently I have over 5000 credit as SMS. Why can't they make it flexible for consumers to convert some of the SMS credits to Airtime credits.

  Go to ECG, almost all the workers have prepaid vending points. They have stopped selling prepaid at their main offices. When consumers go to the main offices, they redirect them to their private vending points. Whatever you call yourselves, act and stop these useless reports.
