Another example for a same crime commited by the poor and the rich, the poor man will serve 10yrs whiles the richman may serve 6month or never....

If a judge can say that a student in that case white male has a bright future etc so isn't going to be good to jail him after raping a female student, then the question some asked about that case was if that student happened to be a "person of colour", would that have been the same outcome? So please, let us be plain about what happens and doesn't happen here in the US. It will help some back home to know how life is really like here and other places abroad.
