Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.

Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws. Hmmm!

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the Ghanaian precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

Society cannot exist without law. Law is the bond of society: that which makes it, that which preserves it, and keeps it together. It is, in fact, the essence of civil society.

No man is above the law and no man is below it: nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it.

At his best, man is the noblest of all animals; separated from law and justice he is the worst...Hmmm!
