1. make sure that there won't be venders around the toll.- they main reasons that created traffic congestion's is the venders, and most importantly there are criminal elements who also monitored motorist and give info to their gangs ahead of for robbery or been traced.
the boot must be fenced for about 200 meters along the road to prevent these venders using the stop to pay or control as a selling time.

2. it must be electronically- to avoid Human corrupt faces

3. make sure that about 2km before and after the toll boot is welled tarred and in good shape.

4. I prefer yearly or 6months automated toll ticket than daily ticket- how to do it-:
a.) you could have a toll touch to go ticket- if I buy it , it value for 6months that every toll boot, I just use it to touch to the boot for electronic deduction then the barrier electronically open for me to go
