  Educate drivers on the use of fast lane. It appears many drivers do not know how a fast lane is used. A fast lane is meant for overtaking. After overtaking you move back into the slow lane. You slow moving cars and trucks in the fast lane on the motorway causing traffic congestion in both lanes.
  
  Same goes for understanding block lines on the road. You do not over take on a block line.

  Yes, but most of people walking to work, markets or just strolling has no space to walk on. They have to walk on the streets and it's very dangerous. Ghanaians have been allowed to set up little shops all on the walkways. They build their shops where the citizens are to walk safely, and AMA is not doing anything about that mess. There should a rule or a law not to build shops 3ft -5ft to the gutters.
