Just unbelievable! I sometimes weep for mother Ghana because we have people who went to study books but not knowledge in school leading us. What's the sense in distributing free pads, when you can easily remove the taxes to make it affordable? And how are they going to even distribute them? Some girls can have their flow twice a month, now common sense will tell you that these kids will flow at various days of the month, so how do you manage to be able to supply them? This is foolish idea. That money can be use to create jobs for parents to buy the pads for their kids. This is pure way of procurement thievery!!! We are sick and tired of using freebies to steal from us!!!!
