ECG and corruption are like twins.

They have even been stealing from innocent Ghanaians for a long time by giving them bloated estimated bills. These never get corrected with actual readings like they previously did. The next actual reading they rather go and blame the person for tampering the meter instead of correcting the estimated bill with the actual readings. That's what they have been doing to millions of Ghanaians since long time. Theives nkoaaa... so I am not surprised that this has happened to their containers. From top to bottom they are all theives. they always cover up for each other. Definitely some of them at the top know something about these containers.
