A budget that freezes employment is what to you? Are you people normal or what? Also, did see you any line in the budget that talks about NDC's 24-hour economy, and any reason to that?

Pray that Ato Forson did not present another mid-year budget asking for more money as they did during 2012-2016, and I hope you understand what a supplementary budget means.

No planning or thinking went into the budget.The Papers on which it is written is more valuable to the Budget.What tax measures are in this hopeless document? You couldn't even think through for Flagship Programme " 24 hour economy or even realign VAT. This the most useless budget I have seen in ages.
