The process outlined in the article is unsafe. Supreme court members should not be removed unless impeached - removed by parliament by qualified majority. It is critically important that the judiciary is independent. The supreme court, in particular, shall control that the government operates within the constitution. The president, though, should have no role in appointing members.

As it stands should we get the level of the petition being considered, then I can confidently say the two Justices of the Supreme Court that President Mahamah will appoint to the Committee would certainly be Justice Gabriel Pwamang(appointed by Mahamah) and Justice Baffoe Bonnie ( appointed by Kuffour), because the rest are all former president Akuffo Addo's appointees.
Not that simple removing CJ or any judge from the Superior courts.
Interesting time ahead.
