Honorable Mr. Speaker, how come the empty seats? Can you explain? Have the members forgotten their primary objective of being a Member of Parliament? That is, to participate in parliamentary deliberations at all times, and to form a consensus of decisions that are beneficial to the people who sent them to the Parliament as their representatives, and the Country as a whole. Unfortunately, their constituents did not send them there to not show up for parliamentary deliberations. I think you have to do something about the absenteeism of the Members.
