Tell the player what to do and give the player a chance to execute their role. That's it. The laws of Ghana prohibits people with dual nationality from becoming an MP, all our MPs are locals, look at the state of the country. Again, we hired Otto Addo to qualify us for the WC and win trophies and not to call local players, why don't we allow he Otto Addo to do his job? If he calls locals and he fails, will you sack him or not?

To ensure inclusion of local players then the gfa,nsa and sports ministry should make sure that the level of the gpl is improved significantly.i wouldn't like to see any interference in the technical teams job because we want local players to be included.on current local players performances,i'm not of the view that they should be selected ahead of the foreign based players.
