  Gordon, that is why it is called a forecast. The machine they use to tell us only predicts. Sometimes it is spot on and sometimes they miss. It is not human error. I didn’t want to bring God into this but have to. We humans ...

  Gordon, that is why it is called a forecast. The machine they use to tell us only predicts. Sometimes it is spot on and sometimes they miss. It is not human error. I didn’t want to bring God into this but have to. We humans, with all out technological advancement, cannot accurately know what nature will bring. Let’s leave Ghana meteorological service alone, they are doing their best.
