The nation can't even retrieve even a pesewa. If she fails to go, God Himself will send her to her grave early. God will be the judge for poor Ghanaians. She really knows the bad things appointees under Akufo Addo did but just wants to protect them. How come known criminals are rushing to the court like how they stole state monies to rush to beer bars to enjoy themselves.

So Ekow Vincent couldn’t fall on any credible lawyer than Dame whose name is tainted for being captured on tape for trying to instigate an accused against fellow accused?

In any case what is the problem of this NPP people? Do they think they are still in control of affairs in this country or what?

The question is do we have constitutional provisions that outline how CJ can be removed from office?

Is the requirements of the constitutional provision being followed?

Don’t we have credible people forming the council of state to ensure that the right thing is done?

Is the current CJ above the constitution? When she was there and decided to meddle in parliamentary matters after seats were declared vacant just as Mike Oquaye did in the past, she quickly attended to Afenyo Markins suit without giving reasons when she knew very well that she had no capacity in doing so.

In our government structure we have the:
1: Executive
2: Legislature
3: Judiciary
That’s why the Speaker is 3rd in command whilst CJ is 4th in command.

Unfortunately during the NPP regime she was made to undermine and usurp the authority of the 3rd in command thinking the then ruling party would be in power forever.

She presided over and came out with unlawful rulings which common sense will even discredit.

If she is fit for purpose, the Council of State will help determine that as we’ve personalities like former CJ Sophia Akuffo who was also appointed by the immediate past president of the Republic.

NPP just relax for Ghana will realize effective resetting which we all will be proud of not kangaroo judiciary and other institutions

This same court sometimes back fixed dates regarding certain cases far behind the period where the issue would have been significant, thus rendering the case moot. This has happened on so many occasions during this Torkuno's time but hurriedly fixed dates well ahead on some cases when she has interest in them. The day of reckoning is surely coming.
