  As much as I think politics must not be allowed into the appointment of hief Justices, the NPP petition to the supreme Court which was sat on within 24 hours, it gives the impression that the Chief justice is politically conflicted.
  There are a lot of dubious cases some lawyers have referred to the supreme Court which have no basis, but it is sent there to delay and cause those who rightfully won the cases earlier financial headaches and even loosing their properties.
  I learned on this platform that a judge by name Kotei at Ashanti New Town circuit Court ruled a dubious case whereby his mandate was to determine the owner of a property.
  After ruling the rightful owners that said the other litigate who lost is to look after the property.
  How can someone I am in litigation with look after my property.
  There is too much corruption in the Judiciary that is why most students want to do law. Because it is a gateway to making rich.
  The government must bring back a committee of tribunals and cases judged by commonsense.
  This will eradicate the thievery by judges, magistrates and lawyers.
  When I win the next election, I will rule by decree turn the country into one party state a national assembly like what union government proposed.
  This will eliminate money sharing during parliamentarian primaries and national elections

  Any lawyer that thinks Article 146 is against the principle of Natural Justice and as such, are supporting an action not stated in the procedure in the removal of the CJ must bow his or her head in Shame. Article 146 never states that the receipt of a petition against the CJ by the president amounts to wrong doing by the CJ and as such the CJ must be heard at that level . The CJ will be heard when a prima Facie case is established against her . The committee in the procedure laid out at article 146 is to act as a Court to hear the CJ and it is that committee that can receive response from the CJ and not the Council of State. If the council of receive any evidence from the CJ prior to the establishment of the prima Facie , the council of State will act unconditionally since by that action, the Council of State is usurping the powers of the committee the president is required to establish under 146.
  Why are some lawyers arguing that article 146 does not embodies the principle of Natural Justice when the CJ will be given the opportunity to defend any prima Facie case against him or her.?
  Is Prima facie established on the basis of the evidence provided or given by a suspect or it is based on law? . Is it not lawyers who have made us believe that in law, specific rule supersedes general rule?. Is article 146 a specific rule with respect to the removal of superior court Judges or into?
  Furthermore to those arguing in favor of the absence principle of natural justice in relation to article 146, please tell how does an article which promotes injustice finds itself in our constitution?.
  We the not learned are waiting.
