The procedure of the petition is wrong. as the article 146 (1) of the 1992 constitution requires that the petition is sent to the president who forwards same to the CJ to determine if the is prima facie against the judge, then a committee is set up the look into it. In this case, they petition the CJ and copied the president, which is against the provision.
