Corruption also means an act of negligent. Some of these people saw how these containers were moved, although they did not benefit from it. These guys have to be punished as well.

  All members of ECG Managements are just fools and stupid. Aaaah, you pay a contractor to supply you goods. The Supply produce Bill of Lading ( Receipt that your goods is at the Port). ECG then pays about 80% of the value to the Contractor and allows the Container to be at the Port for months or years. Then Contractor connived with some Port Officers to buy that same Container at very reduced price. They then sell them to India and Chinese companies in Ghana here as scraps. These foreigners then melts those wires and whatever in the container to Electric Poles and sells them back to ECG. Aaaaah pure foolishness.
