Organisations don’t operate hand to mouth otherwise private sector companies wouldn’t go bankrupt, after all the charge for profit. Post COVID costs tripled. Do you assume it only affected traders and households but not organisations. Did revenue and charges also triple?

Why should COCOBOD after some many years in existence still go for SYNDICATED LOAN to purchase cocoa beans from farmers, still successive CEOs have run the installation to the ground with huge unsustainable debts. What's wrong with us as people. Ghanaian farmers start their cocoa farms on their with no inputs from cocobod and after harvesting you still pay them less than 30% of the world price for cocoa, still run at a debt. How is that possible?

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) regarding the delay in renewing my driver's license. Despite paying for the premium service in October last year, I have yet to receive my renewed license.

The term 'premium' implies a higher level of service, including expedited processing. However, my experience has been anything but premium. The delay has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am still waiting for my license to be renewed.

Furthermore, I am shocked to learn that the new office in Accra Madina is still crowded, despite the promise of improved services. This raises serious questions about the efficiency and effectiveness of the DVLA's operations.

I urge the DVLA to take immediate action to address these issues, including:

1. Expedite the renewal of driver's license.
2. Improve the premium service to justify the additional cost.
3. Address the congestion at the Accra Madina office to provide a better experience for customers.

I hope that the DVLA will take my complaints seriously and take prompt action to resolve these issues.

Every year there was upward adjustments of DVLA services but the benefits to the customers remains same and in some cases deteriorated and you are here defending hyenas who only came to steal. I m very certain if you ask Mr Busia he would tell you he also inherited huge debt when he assumed office and this new guy might not do anything better, and that's the vicious cycle as Ghanaians we've saddled ourselves with..
