They then turn around and use more state money to buy back these very part from those individuals. Meanwhile these very thieves are the ones in parliament calling for the prosecution of the poor man who happens to illegally connect a single light bulb in his room so he could see at night. This a flawed legal argument.
So far as ECG uses Public Funds , they are subject to the Public Procurement Law. The Banks on the other hand use investors/depositors funds for their business and may therefore be exempt.
