Most of you Ghanaians are stupid. Why would mahama revoke LI on mining in forest reserves when his brother is sole importer of mining excavators. Mahatma only fool you stupid fools to vote for him to win power to be president for 4 years, that is all. His brother Ibrahim is deeply involved in GOLD mining business in ghana, so why do you fools ever think will do something that will not benefit his brother. Wait and see what gonna happen to stupid Ghanaians after one year. You will all smell pepper. Your wives would have to sleep with other men to keep the family running. Yes.

Under contracts you can amend to do anything. In this case the government may be amending to revoke a clause that allows mining in forest reserves
