Chiefs have power over traditional lands. What have happened to those lands? You think they can handle galamsy better? These chiefs are now selling the coastal swamps.
Most of our chiefs are the biggest obstacles to development and progress, instead of being the solutions to our problems. Give them the power you are talking about, and they will turn the country upside down.
