    Nobody gained control over anything, it was an agreement that Ghana government had with the business man for number of years. The Tema Port Authority belongs to Ghana government.

    That was corrupt Mahama legacy. No wise person will give his revenue port to a foreigner and give him tax exception and told him to hand over the port in 35 yrs. Only fools can do that bogus contract.
