Is the ownwr of the hotel an NDC or is the hotel ownwd by NDC.
A similar case is happening in Danfa -Madina The wife of the owner of a hostel has brought in a lot of underage girls to live in the place and they are seriously practising prostitution to the annoyance of neighbours.
The title does not sound right, or? As if the residents don't want the hotel to be closed rather. Or maybe na my comprehension no good?

The caption of the story is wrong. Protest closure of the hotel means the residents were against the closure of the hotel. Let these reporters edit their scripts before they post them.
