It's not the right decision and can't apply to all sectors. Higher academic institutions (universities) will collapse cos we a lot of lecturers on post retirement contracts. The government should think again.

What about those who are illegally in gov.offices and without formal appointment letters because they do not qualify for not meeting the requirements for qualification.
