  These cement dealers and manufacturers are criminals and nation wreckers. For the past 5 years , they have consistently increased cement prices citing high cost of import duties and now a new government has reduced import duties. These criminals and profiteers has turn around to say there is klinker shortage. How? We can't have few mafias and cartels ruling ghana and mismanaging Ghanaians lives daily. The government must revoked their licences for doing this us.
