  2) How much was spent on hotel accommodation and catering (food, drinks, etc); an ...

  I think the minister is going to tell the nation:
  1) How much money was spent on the team's flight to and from where the 2 games were played;
  2) How much was spent on hotel accommodation and catering (food, drinks, etc); and
  3) How much was paid to the players as appearance bonuses--and other expenses.
  
  But, watch out what may NOT be disclosed:
  A) How much was spent on coaches;
  B) How much was spent on OFFICIALS, who accompanied the team, which many times are far MORE than the number of players. Watch that part very carefully; and
  C) MANY OTHER MYSTERIOUS EXPENSES.
