    Who are the OR Foundation ? They must be joking. Used clothing y affordable, cute and long lasting. It has created jobs for the poor since the 1960s. Away with OR Foundation.

    Just impose heavy tariffs on imported used clothing, and use the proceeds to subsidize local textile and garment industries.
