if a warrant is needed please stratetigically the law enforcement must used all the legal avenues so that when they strike the arrest of the accused there could be no room for mistalkes.
if the law enforcement cannot do their work when it comes to the elits in the society - then we ceased to be a nation- ordinary people committted crimes a lightweight while the politicians and elites in society committed crimes are heavyweight
