  Our independence is meaningless, it's a waste of time celebrating it. Under British colonial rule, they built schools, roads, bungalows, brought quality goods and mind underground. The British demarcated forest reserves. After 68 years of independence, we have handed our destiny into the hands of the Chinese. Goods imported from China are inferior; the Chinese are destroying forests reserves left by the British. These Chinese don't build houses but live in tents.
  How many Ghanaians have been deported to Ghana to be prosecuted after breaking laws of their host countries. How are we sure people who have broken laws in Ghana would be prosecuted in their countries? We are insane.

We don’t care what the Chinese government will do to his people. This deportation is not real, there is something behind it, and the government knows it better. No single NPP parliamentarian condemned this art of punishment (deportation), why? Ghana needs a new political party to survive. NDC & NPP are the same rubbish elements.

  The crime of 'illegal mining' is commited under the Minerals Act of 2019, and therefore the penalties stipulated under the Act should be eforced by the Minister of Justice in accordance with the Act.
  The Immigration Act refered to is not considered to supersede or to repeal any provisions of the 'minerals act' under any law (if that was the case, it would have been clearly stated in the Immigration Act).
  Since the crime of ILLEGAL MINING is commited undder the Minerals Act, its provisions should apply first, in any Court of Jurisdiction. This means foreign convicts should first be prosecuted and sentenced, before any other action under another law could be considered.
