    I THINK THE INCREASE IS MINIMUM AND MAKES SENSE TO KEEP THE LIGHTS ONN AND CUT DOWN COST WHILES THEY DEAL WITH LEAKAGES AND MISSING CONTAINERS ETC ETC.
