  I THINK THE INCREASE IS MINIMUM AND MAKES SENSE TO KEEP THE LIGHTS ONN AND CUT DOWN COST WHILES THEY DEAL WITH LEAKAGES AND MISSING CONTAINERS ETC ETC.

  Some of these organizations come out with statements, based upon what some mischievous and cantankerous politicians tell their leaders. They make empty threats they cannot make senses out of themselves. The GUTA and its members can either stop using water and electricity or shut the hell up and pay the new rates like all of us!

You blame NPP for your incompetence, wickedness and thievery. GUTA is blaming PURC for the increase. Why not blame NDC government? If this increase happened in NPP time, you would never blame PURC; you would rather blame NPP. So why are you dodging the issue? Be bold and blame NDC. We know GUTA is NDC.
