  The Bawku situation, should the Ashanti fail in securing peace, I trust he is able to establish peace among the Kussasi’s and Mamprusi’s, - then strong military force should be used to secure the town. The town should be held with emergency powers and the army retained for a protracted period. A softly softly approach will embolden the radical youth to cause mayhem. The government must act with determination. Enough of the vandalism and needless loss of lives.
