We understood the reasons why when corruption and hardship were unbearable. So the congestion, filth and indiscipline from roadside and pavement selling justify the Mayor’s caning metaphor. In the same way, Pratt should allow his brains to better process the call to shoot galamsayers. Is Kwesi Pratt so daft not to understand it when someone calls for the castration of rapists? I remember some years ago a radical guy J . Owusu , implemented some rough tactical moves by parading arrested notorious guys transported or paraded in refuse and toilet removal collecting vehicles. Another radical young Judge Justice Okyere Darko ordered the public Flogging of some notorious criminals. OfCourse these actions were not taken lightly , but it worked. We are always thinking of what people might think or say about us. This Mayor hasn’t done anything wrong yet, but we have started to crucify him.
