Is Ablakwa paying for it from his own private funds or is the state paying for this foreign treatment? These things should be made clear. If the funding is from the state, then on what basis is that, since most Ghanaians don't have that privilage?

Ah but this is not by force. Is the school for the MP? Inasmuch as the schopl is located in his constituency, no law binds him to cater for the affected student. If the MP is willing to help her, he does so out of sympathy but not as a duty. What about the parents whose son committed the crime? These are some of the things that make politicians corrupt and we turn round to tag them as corrupt. It's very unfortunate for the poor girl to go through this but no one can accuse the MP for neglect.
