    THESE NDC APPOINTEES LACK BASIC BUSINESS SENSE. ALL THEY KNOW IS TAX AND LIVE LARGE. IF TAXES GO UP IT IS PASSED ON TO CONSUMERS INCLUDING THOSE WHO SUGGEST UPWARD INCREASES IN TARRIFF.... WHAT DO THEY EXPECT?
