Useless NPP borlaweb propaganda. He is the automatic acting CJ not bcuz he is somebody's brother or husband but bcuz he is the most senior judge at the supreme court. In fact, he became a SC judge 11 clear years before suspended CJ Torkorno became SC judge.

I guess that's one of the reasons why she exercised such reckless open partisan bias and disregard for justice and fairness. She might have felt so very indepted to Akufo Addo and the NPP for jumping her several others who are her senior by far at the supreme court.

These actions of removing people we don’t like started from that president akuffo addo- he shamefully corrupted the judiciary to the core- —that man is no statesman. Mahama is just trying to bring sanity. The bad EC chair and her 2 accomplices should be next- kicked out. But for me going forward after 2028 and with the new constitutional review, we need to find a better system of making sure professionalism rules and not bias take positions. Torkuno and Jean mensah , bosman asare were just unprofessional and too npp bias.
