  I am sorry but this Rex Omar is totally clueless about the role of banks. How can a bank provide financing and then take on the "technical" responsibility of guiding the business. That is such a conflict of interest and put the banks as part of managing the business and invite lawsuits should the business fail. This is never done anywhere. A Venture Capital company, who takes an equity stake in a company may play and most do play that role not banks!!!
