Politicians always prioritise corruption over value for money. When it all back fires and they make loses, the Ghanaian taxpayer is left to pay the bill. Who caused this 2b loss and who is going to prison. Same thing has happened with BOST, NPA and TOR and no one has been jailed. Are we a serious country or a bunch of corrupt jokers.
