  Justice Scot Pwamang is the Chairman of the committee that shall determine whether Torkonoo the Chief Justice is guilty or not. But there is a petition that has been filed for the removal of Justice Pwamang from the Supreme Court and Mahama the President has submitted that petition to Torkonoo for the necessary action. Torkonoo was working on it when Mahama suspended Torkonoo. Then in a roundabout turn the President has appointed the same Justice Pwamang (the accused man) to preside over the case against Torkonoo the Chief Justice. Very bizarre. A day old baby can point to the result which Mahama wants.

  That petition was dead on arrival because it did not follow due process. It was sent directly to the CJ, instead of passing through the President.

  Somebody advise JDM to end the siege. It is a lost course. This is a democracy; what is required is for justice to be done, not mere due process. The CJ is innocent. Remember that Christ was innocent, yet the Jews cried let Him be crucified. In the end they made Him bigger than all else on earth. The CJ's popularity keeps souring by the day with the full facts before the public; so be careful how you end this. A word to the wise is enough. You have shown your filthy hand so adding more petitions will not solve the matter. Just end the siege and preserve the peace.
