  The authorities should make the passport process hermetically prohibitive for foreigners, mostly Nigerians, whose initial and final objective is to corrupt Ghanaian agents at the passport offices and obtain the documents.
  
  Prevent Nigerians from obtaining Ghana Passports! That's more important. We already travel without those chips.
