  Kotoko players feel too big to take instructions and if you blast them they say you are insulting them. At the end of the day it is their life that they are toying. You do not play for the coach but for your future, your family and your old age. Ask Michael Essien and co how Coach Jose Mourinho talks to them. So you intentional lose 12points because your coach who hired you called you lazy and you think you are harming the coach? Mourinho was on Samuel Eto all the time and that made Eto the best African player to date likewise Michael Essien and Drogba. Safo Gyamfi did not last because of his character and actions. Most Ghanaian player have the talent and skill but lack the brains to use that gift.

This thing happens in every establishment though sometimes not palatable but its part of the game of life.
