The quotation you gave was an assurance that he who believe will do greater things as l go to my father. Do we actually believe in faith and in principle? Has this been seen, done or achieved? Otherwise, there will be no hospitals etc etc. Tricks of charlatan preachers are now being exposed big time because we don't read the Bible. People also read the Bible and put their own meaning to it.

I remember a one time good goal keeper, George Gira or what the name is got injured, paralyzed and was pleading with nation's pastors no help him to walk again. No pastor in Ghana came forward but that same week, a notable pastor held a crusade and was healing cripples, death and damp people. We must be very careful the way we interpret the Bible.

Christianity follows a define path in the Bible. Lies, greediness, selfishness etc are not making us see the good side of God. Ghanaians we worship God than anything yet still we are not blessed in the Biblical sense. Anyway, those who believe in fake miracles should continue....

You see why you are confused. Another verse which confuses most Christians is Mt17:20. Compare Luke 4: 43 Jesus didn't come to do miracles he came to preach the good news. That's why he said if you believe in him you will do greater things than him which means spreading the word to other regions. We can certainly say in terms of spreading the gospel that Paul has done much greater work than Jesus. Jesus did many miracles to prove to the people of his time that he has the power over things. If the lying pastors can do miracles just like Jesus let's see them walking on water, raising the dead, feeding thousands with two fishes and five loaves of bread, commanding storms to be still healing known blind people etc.

Have you pondered why miracle preachers and for that matter other pastors and individuals are sent to the hospital for treatment or in otherwise for healing? I have seen and heard Popes, Bishops, Rev Fathers, etc etc who are sick and not miraculously prayed for healing but either end up in health facility or home care. Anyway, those who believe in fake miracles should continue....

Why can't this happen? Imagine how the moslem world and unbelievers will react to such visible miracles live on telly? A lot of them might even convert to Christianity if this happens. Let a powerful so called man of God do this and cure a visible deformity like an amputee or a polio victim with a tiny leg or arm live on telly and the whole world will sit up praise God. People are not convinced if the healing is internal and someone says at a healing crusade that they had back pains but is now gone or other healngs like that.

Michael please read your Bible well. Miracles in the Bible happened and even as John said the miracles Jesus performed are more than what it is written in the Bible. They happened for a purpose that we might believe Jesus is the Messiah.

Today miracles that happened in the Bible are no more. Mana dropping from heaven, streaking stone for water, raising people from the dead, etc etc happened but no more.

A challenge:

I want a pastor or for that matter a gifted miracle person to perform wonders in our Hospitals where our health facilities are in dire straits. They don't attempt to go there at all that tells you the end of limitations of miracles in the Bible. All those against the preacher must stop the nonsensical believes. The Bible is there for you to read.....

Jesus said, when we ask it will be given to us, when we seek, we will find and when we knock, the door will be opened to us. When our prayers are prayers are answered because we sought the intervention of God, then miracle had happened.
