I can't withdraw,buy airtime, bundle or do anything except receiving money. They won't even allow my other number registered with same details as this one to receive money. My question is, what other verification do they need if my other registered SIM card with my correct passwords can't exchange monies.

Current issues with sim cards are mainly due to internal fraudulent activities by staff of the telecom companies.
Re-registration is not the answer. Tackle internal fraud.

SIM transfer must be abandoned and lost SIMs properly reported to police authority. Any transaction on a SIM deemed fraudulent can then be traced to actual criminals for swift prosecution. Most of the frauds happened on MTN b ...

SIM transfer must be abandoned and lost SIMs properly reported to police authority. Any transaction on a SIM deemed fraudulent can then be traced to actual criminals for swift prosecution. Most of the frauds happened on MTN because their own staff are involved in the illegal sales of preregistered sims for prices ranging 2000 to 3000 Ghana cedis depending on the urgency of your need for mobile money SIMs through their illegal subcontractors, but funny enough at their offices, they will tell you, they are not activating new SIMs again.
